Hayley Williams to Play Solo Shows in 2025

Paramore’s Hayley Williams has announced plans to finally perform solo gigs in 2025, giving fans the chance to hear material from her pandemic-era albums Petals for Armor (2020) and Flowers for Vases / Descansos (2021).

Finally Hitting the Stage

In an Instagram Story posted on December 27, her 36th birthday, Williams shared:

“I’m going to try and finally play some shows next year that would’ve happened nearly 5 years ago now. That is, if the world doesn’t f***ing stop before then. Here’s hoping.”

The tours for both albums were canceled in 2020 due to the pandemic, leaving fans eagerly awaiting a chance to experience her solo work live.

A Busy Year Ahead

Williams may also juggle solo shows with Paramore activities. Speaking to Dork last October, she hinted at a creative surge within the band:

“The creativity is about to get cranked up… Not having any deadlines used to be scary, but now we just get to do what we’ve always done without worrying about fitting into the bottom line of some conglomerate.”

Paramore began working on new demos earlier this year, with one musical idea developed during their stint on Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour. According to Williams, the new material “really surprised” her and may show a different side of the band.

An Exciting Year Ahead

Whether through solo performances or Paramore’s potential new releases, 2025 promises to be a thrilling year for fans of Hayley Williams.
