Sick New World Festival 2025, which was set to feature headliners Metallica, Linkin Park, and Evanescence, has been canceled. Organizers announced the news on November 29, citing “unforeseen circumstances” as the reason.
The festival, originally scheduled for April 2025 at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, was to mark its third iteration with an impressive lineup that included Queens of the Stone Age, Gojira, AFI, and more. Despite efforts to overcome the challenges, the event could not move forward.
In a statement, the organizers expressed gratitude to fans:
“We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the dedicated SNW fans who had made plans to join us for another cultural celebration of hard rock, goth, alternative, and heavy music.”
Fans who purchased tickets will receive refunds automatically within 30 days, and the team urged followers to stay tuned for updates on the festival’s future.
